Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026 · Last updated September 3, 2026
This website collected no personal information of any kind before September 1, 2026, the day this policy first took effect.
Who we are
Popio is made by Solid Stone Software Company LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. Where this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Solid Stone Software Company LLC.
You can reach us at:

What this policy covers
This policy covers this website (the public pages at popioapp.com) and the details you give us through the forms on it.
It does not cover our products. Anything you sign into, subscribe to, or register through has its own privacy terms, shown to you at the point you sign up, and those terms govern the information handled inside it. That includes any information your organization, or the people who register with it, put into the Popio application. Nothing here describes that, and you shouldn't read this policy as telling you anything about it.
If you're reading this website, this policy is the whole picture.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, you may give us:
- Your full name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- The name of your church or organization (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Whether you're happy for us to call or text you (a box you tick, or don't)
There is nowhere else on this site to give us information.
We also receive some technical information automatically, described further down.
Where your details are stored
When you submit a form, your details go from your browser straight to Google Forms, and they are stored in our Google Workspace account. Google is our service provider for this and handles that information on our behalf.
Google holds them on our behalf, inside our account and under our access controls.
How we use your details
We use what you give us to:
- Send you news and updates about Popio
- Tell you when something new is available, and invite you to try it
- Call or text you about Popio, but only if you ticked the box giving us permission
We do not use them for anything else.
Cookies and advertising
This site runs three advertising and analytics tags. Each one loads on every page and stores cookies and a small amount of other data in your browser:
- Google Ads (Google tag AW-18364765304), so we can see which of our ads actually bring people here, and so we can show our ads again to people who have visited
- Google Analytics (Google tag G-ZSE1F6TZGK), so we can see which pages people read and how they found us
- Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1034560262541974), so we can show our ads again on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited
They record which pages you visit on this site and tell Google and Meta that a visit happened. When you submit the form, they are also told that a sign-up happened. We don't send Google or Meta your name, your email address, your phone number, or anything else you typed into the form.
They run as soon as a page loads. We don't show a cookie banner, and we don't ask you to opt in first.
If you'd rather not be tracked this way, you have four options:
- Manage how Google uses advertising cookies at myadcenter.google.com (opens in a new tab)
- Manage how Meta uses your activity at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences (opens in a new tab)
- Opt out across many advertising companies at once at optout.aboutads.info (opens in a new tab)
- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no agreed standard for what a website should do when it receives one, and this site doesn't respond to them.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard web-server records of each visit: IP address, browser type, which pages were requested, and when. That's ordinary logging, used to serve the site and protect it from attacks.
Cloudflare also runs a small measurement script on every page. It records which page you're on, how quickly it loaded, and general information about your browser, your device and the country you're in, and it sends that to Cloudflare so we can see whether the site is working properly for the people using it. It sets no cookies, and it doesn't follow you to other websites.
The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and it loads the three tags described above, which means Google and Meta receive your IP address when a page loads.
We don't combine any of this with the details you put in a form.
Who sees your information
We don't sell the details you type into our form. We don't rent them. We don't trade them. Nobody pays us for any of your information.
We have to be straight with you about the three tags described above, though, because some state privacy laws use the words "sale" and "sharing" more broadly than money changing hands. Those tags pass your activity on this site to Google and to Meta so that they can show you our ads later, and under laws like California's that counts as sharing your information for advertising. If you'd rather it didn't, the opt-out links above are how to stop it, and you can also just email us and we'll tell you everything we know.
The only companies that see your information are the ones that run this website and our advertising for us:
- Google: stores your form submission, runs our advertising and analytics tags, and serves our fonts
- Meta: runs our advertising pixel
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and measures how well its pages are working
If we add another service later, we'll add it to this list before we start using it.
We'd also share information if the law required us to, such as under a court order, or if the business were sold, in which case whoever bought it would take on this policy.
How long we keep your details
We keep what you give us for as long as we're in touch with you about Popio, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Whoever you are, and wherever you live, you can:
- Ask what we hold about you. Email privacy@solidstone.io and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct it. Same address.
- Ask us to delete it. Same address. We'll delete it and confirm that we have.
- Stop the emails. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Stop the calls and texts. Tell us any time, by phone or email, and we'll stop.
We'll respond within 30 days.
Some states give their residents formal versions of these rights. We do not require proof of residency; if you ask, we will do it.
How we protect your details
Your details live in our Google Workspace account, protected by Google's enterprise infrastructure and by the access controls we set on that account. The only people who can reach them are the people who run Solid Stone Software Company.
We deliberately keep the number of places your details exist small, and the number of people who can reach them smaller. No company can honestly promise that information is completely safe, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Children
This website is aimed at adults: the people who organize and run programs. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13 here. If you think a child has given us their details through this site, email privacy@solidstone.io and we'll delete them.
Where we operate
Popio is built for organizations in the United States. We market to a US audience, and we don't offer our products or services outside the country. This website and everything we offer through it are not directed to people in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else outside the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use details you've already given us, we'll email you about it.
